ROUNDING UP PARACHUTE TROOPS
A tank, stopping by the roadside during the exercise, is a source of interest to village children.

These pictures were taken during an exercise in the Southern Counties when troops were engaged rounding up “enemy” parachute troops who were supposed to have landed on the south downs.
